Conclusion:

The main driving force for a country's socio-economic development is the working manpower of that country. And the most important part of this manpower is the youth of the country. In developing countries like Bangladesh, it is of utmost importance to involve the youth in the overall socio-economic development of the country. The youth's abundance of life, creative performance, impatient enthusiasm, speed like the storm, and national improvement are largely dependent on their workmanship and performance. About one-third of the total population is youth; This is estimated to be about 1 crore, this enormous youth power is the whole of the country

It is necessary to be involved in economic development. To this end, the Department's activities will have to be expanded at the grassroots level to create more employment and self-employment opportunities at home and abroad. In order to prevent the continuous trend of youth towards the city, youths need to be self-reliant by providing loans in very simple terms by keeping them in their position and training on various productive issues. As a result, unemployed youths will be able to provide employment and self-employment for themselves, on the one hand by taking work-oriented and productive training, while on the other hand it will be the first to contribute to the national economy.
